Susan Ford is a an Associate Member of the Oil Painters of America. She has also participated in many shows including the 2007 Bosque Conservatory Art Classic. Susan had the good fortune to attend the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum's 2007 Prix de West Academy of Western Art workshop instructed by today's great western artists, Martin Grelle and Bruce Greene. This year, she looks forward to also attending the 2008 Academy of Western Art workshop as well, to be instructed by famed artist, Craig Tennant.
Susan will also be Instuctor for the Children's Summer Art Camp conducted by the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum June 23 - 27, 2008. Space is limited. Contact the Museum directly for information. Check back often to view her new works in Oil and Watercolor.
We are deeply saddened to announce that James D. Stuckey passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 5, 2007. As a result, Susan Ford and her family will no longer offer his works for sale. We will retain and cherish each and every piece that we now possess. We hope that each and every person that has purchased or received a piece of Jim's beautiful work over the years will also cherish them and know that he created each piece with a passion and zest surpassed by no other artist. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. Please enjoy looking at his turnings on this site, but again, they will no longer be available for purchase.
